Receptionist

My Facilities Management client has a full time opportunity for a motivated Receptionist to join their team within a mining client's site in the CBD.

The ideal candidate will be supporting their high performing Facilities team and delivering excellent customer service to clients. We are seeking a corporately presented customer service professional with great initiative who is eager to learn and grow within this globally recognised company.


Key Responsibilities:

• Managing reception and phone enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide administrative support
• Assist with outgoing and incoming mail and packages
• Issue and program access passes to visitors to the building
• Maintain safety and security
• Welcome and sign in visitors in a prompt and friendly manner
• Assisting in procurement of facility supplies
• Building audits
• Set up meeting rooms as required
• Assist with events support

Ideally you will have:

• Strong customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to work well autonomously and within a team
• The ability to multi-task effectively
